A yellow wine with a clear pale colour, the palate is deep, with a mineral that compliments the fullness of the wine. The wine can be kept for about 4 to 5 years, knowing that the longer it is kept, the more supple and round the wine will be.
About The Producer Domaine Novis
A young independent estate, the vineyard is located on the slopes of the village of Saint Pierre de Boeuf, an ideal geographical setting for white and red grape varieties. The terroir is exceptional, the grapevines navigate their way through granite pebbles that make up the soil. The challenging conditions bestow the wine with aromatic richness, tannic structure, and a range of subtle fragrances.
