A dry white wine known for its minerality. It offers aromas of green apple, lime, and chalky notes. On the palate, it is lively, refreshing, and balanced. It is ideal as an aperitif or with seafood.
The Chablis is fruity, with the minerality so typical of the wines of our region. Best drunk within 5 years, to best appreciate the freshness and vivacity of this wine.
Our estate is a family business deeply rooted in the village of Fontenay-pres-Chablis. In 1810, our ancestor Pierre ROY was a winemaker in Fontenay, followed by his son with the same name, and then by his son Appolinaire. It was Fernand ROY (born in 1903), the founder of our estate, who expanded our property and initiated what we operate today. Our 20-hectare operation, exclusively situated on the right bank of the Serein River, enables us to produce all four Chablis appellations: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premiers Crus "Le Fourchaume" and "Le Vaulorent," as well as Chablis Grands Crus "Les Bougros" and "Les Preuses."
